About the role

The role is responsible for managing the administrative functions within the store, including but not limited to inventory management, scheduling, and customer service support.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking products.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service.
  • Assist with training new employees and maintaining staff schedules.
  • Participate in store events and community outreach programs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems.
  • Knowledge of store layout and operational processes.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Saturday, with some evening and weekend shifts required.
