About the role

As a Store Manager at Giant, you will lead a team of associates in managing the daily operations of a grocery store. You will be responsible for ensuring the store runs smoothly, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and merchandising.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Manage employee performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay
