About the role

Responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and employee scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer flow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of retail experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications
