About the role
Responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining store appearance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, cash handling, and employee scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent service.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer flow.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
