About the role

As a key member of the Giant team, you will be responsible for managing a retail store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and store cleanliness.
  • Manage store staff, providing training and performance feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in store events and promotions to engage customers and boost sales.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and handle customer service.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualifications

    • Experience in grocery retail preferred.
    • Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

    Pay
