About the role
Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors. This position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our retail stores.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a customer-first mindset at all times.
- Understand and meet individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Sales Per Hour (SPH), data capture, and utilize relevant tools and resources to drive performance.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, adhering to the brand’s policies and procedures.
- Utilize the Polo Connect program to connect with customers and enhance their shopping experience.
- Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling, educating customers on all available programs, initiatives, and resources.
- Assist customers in the fitting rooms, providing accurate sizing advice and maintaining store standards.
- Maintain store visual standards and adhere to company guidelines during floor sets, replenishment, and other operational activities.
- Support operational tasks such as floor sets, replenishment, and other duties as assigned.
- Participate in company trainings covering compliance, product knowledge, process training, talent development, and company initiatives.
- Effectively balance tasks, prioritizing the Ralph Lauren experience, and ensure the customer experience is always the top priority.
- Provide feedback to management on product feedback, category opportunities, or needs.
- Contribute to a professional and positive work environment, championing company core values and collaborating with colleagues to foster a cohesive and inclusive team.
Requirements
- Salary range: $15 - $20.57 hourly.
- Preferred retail experience or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment.
- Effective communication skills, both with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock/dressing room, cash wrap, and office; work around/with chemicals, lift/climb up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
- Ability to operate the register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
- Flexibility to work a variety of schedules including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel (as required).
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
