Psychotherapist
Position Overview
As a Psychotherapist, you will provide outpatient counseling services to adult population within a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. This role offers a balanced schedule of clinical and administrative time, a strong referral pipeline, and the opportunity to build a meaningful, long-term patient panel. Once established, the position offers flexibility for one remote workday per week.
Key Responsibilities
- We provide comprehensive, evidence-based psychotherapy in a collaborative and interdisciplinary environment
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the EMR system
- Collaborate with Internal Medicine providers, psychiatrists, and community partners to support continuity of care
- Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development
- Areas of focus for intervention include anxiety, OCD, depression, and disruptive behavior disorders
Education Requirements
- Psychologist (PhD or PsyD from an APA approved Program and APA-approved Internship)
- Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), (PhD or PsyD from and APA approved program and an APA approved internship)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (MSW, LICSW)
- Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician (LCMHC)
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with adult population. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
