About the role
The Harborview Comprehensive Outpatient Rehab Program has an outstanding opportunity for a Psychometrist 2. WORK SCHEDULE Per Diem Day shift
Responsibilities
- Administer and score psychological tests; evaluate behavior of individuals being tested, recommend addition or deletion of tests.
- Troubleshoot difficult testing situations.
- Administer tests that are not in the general adult testing battery.
- Administer and assist with the evaluation of experimental tests; conduct literature search to assist in determining suitable testing methods.
- Develop instructional manuals, patient education, etc.
- May assist in instruction of students, interns and other staff in use of tests and testing procedures as assigned by Lead or Manager.
- Cook up the testing schedule.
- Communicate with management when volumes low or access limited.
- Perform duties of Psychometrist 1.
Requirements
- A Master's Degree with major study in psychology or a closely related field with emphasis in tests and measurement OR a Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral or social science AND two years of experience in psychological testing OR two years of experience as a Psychometrist I OR equivalent education/experience.
