Psychometrist

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and score a wide range of standardized psychological assessments (cognitive, academic, neuropsychological, behavioral, emotional)
• Audit and adapt testing methods to meet individual patient needs while following standard protocols
• Observe and document client behavior and interactions during testing
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and test data
• Collaborate with psychologists, neurologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (required)
• 2+ years of experience in a mental health or clinical setting (preferred)
• Ability to travel to all Next STEPS Worldwide Clinics throughout Texas (20% travel)
• Familiarity with standardized psychological or neuropsychological assessments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail, ethical standards, and a strong commitment to patient care
• Collaborative team player with a compassionate approach

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Pay: Starting at $52,000/year (based on experience)
