Psychometrist
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and score a wide range of standardized psychological assessments (cognitive, academic, neuropsychological, behavioral, emotional)
- Audit and adapt testing methods to meet individual patient needs while following standard protocols
- Observe and document client behavior and interactions during testing
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and test data
- Collaborate with psychologists, neurologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (required)
- 2+ years of experience in a mental health or clinical setting (preferred)
- Ability to travel to all Next STEPS Worldwide Clinics throughout Texas (20% travel)
- Familiarity with standardized psychological or neuropsychological assessments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail, ethical standards, and a strong commitment to patient care
- Collaborative team player with a compassionate approach
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Pay: Starting at $52,000/year (based on experience)
- Bonuses: Monthly performance-based bonuses
