About the role
The Psychological Support Admin Department is within the Psychological Support division at Stonebridge Behavioral Health. Reports to the Psychological Support Manager.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Observe psychological test administrations to gain familiarity with assessment tools (cognitive, achievement, personality, etc.)
- Enter test data into the electronic medical record system
- Perform quality assurance reviews on completed psychological evaluation reports
- Administer and score assessments as a technician (based on training level)
- Email assessments from various testing platforms to clients
- Aid with any additional duties as assigned by the Psychological Support Manager to support daily operations
- Maintain professionalism and responsibility as an extension of the clinical team
Job Requirements
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 1 year of experience with computer systems or data entry preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of HIPAA and client confidentiality. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to communicate clearly in both in-person and virtual settings
