Job Description & Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of primary mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults with a focus on the promotion of optimal mental health.
• Provides psychiatric consultation, diagnostic and treatment services to the identified patient population, including medication management and crisis intervention services.
• Maintain accurate documentation

Job Requirements

• Psychiatric- Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification State of NY
• Experience with the Adult patient population required
• NYS Licensure
• Valid DEA license
• BLS Certification
