About the role

The Institute of Living at Hartford Hospital is seeking a Psychiatrist committed to Resident education as a full-time Attending Psychiatrist on one of their Adult Inpatient & Outpatient Units with a sub-specialty of GERIATRIC PSYCHIATRY.

Responsibilities

• Participate in patient care
• Serve as a mentor and supervisor for residents
• Contribute to didactic teaching and training
• Join a mature and collegial faculty peer group

Requirements

• BC/BE in Geriatric Psychiatry
• Eligible for licensure in the state of Connecticut

Qualifications

• Commitment to Resident education
• Experience in adult inpatient and outpatient settings
• Sub-specialty in Geriatric Psychiatry
• Licensure in the state of Connecticut
