About the role
Leading a 16-bed, state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric treatment facility in Fergus Falls, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients directly
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary treatment team
- Formulate tailored treatment interventions for patients' specific needs
- Collaborate with colleagues across the network of six Community Behavioral Health Hospitals (CBHH)
- Provide treatment and programming within a person-centered framework
- Involvement of patient, family, and community resources in treatment planning and coordination
Requirements
- Board eligible or board-certified psychiatrist
- Active unrestricted State of Minnesota medical license, or ability to obtain one
Qualifications
- Adult inpatient psychiatry experience
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Interest in Severe and Persistent Mental Illnesses (SPMIs)
