Psychiatrist 2 - Clinical Director

About the role

The Clinical Director will lead a 16-bed, state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric treatment facility in Bemidji, Minnesota. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide treatment to individuals with a range of behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients directly and coordinate with various disciplines to tailor treatment interventions to individual needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the network of six Community Behavioral Health Hospitals (CBHH).
• Coordinate care transitions to a robust outpatient network of services.
• Lead the facility in a community-based, person-centered framework involving patients, their families, and community resources in treatment planning.

Requirements

• Board eligible or board-certified psychiatrist.
• An active unrestricted State of Minnesota medical license, or ability to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adult inpatient psychiatry experience.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Interest in treating Severe and Persistent Mental Illnesses (SPMIs).

Pay

$123.63 - $185.43 per hour; $258,139 - $387,178 annually.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday - Friday.
