About the role
In this rural healthcare setting, you will work alongside highly professional and dynamic staff to provide treatment to Minnesotans with an array of behavioral health needs. This is a small hospital that prides itself on being community-based and providing treatment and programming within a person-centered framework. You will work with an interdisciplinary treatment team that includes:
- Staff psychiatrist
- Advanced practice registered nurses
- Nurses
- Psychologists
- Social workers
- Rehabilitation therapists
Responsibilities
Treat patients directly and coordinate with the various disciplines to formulate treatment interventions tailored to your patients' specific needs.
Enjoy collaboration with colleagues and work with your patients for an average of 30 days, helping to transition care to a robust outpatient network of services.
Requirements
Board eligible or board-certified psychiatrist
An active unrestricted State of Minnesota medical license, or ability to obtain a State of Minnesota medical license
Preferred Qualifications
Adult inpatient psychiatry experience
Leadership and supervisory experience
Interest in Severe and Persistent Mental Illnesses (SPMIs)
Skills

Pay
$123.63 - $185.43 / hourly; $258,139 - $387,178 / annually
