Provider Network Development
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build an exclusive outpatient network.
- Identify potential providers and negotiate contracts to ensure quality care and competitive pricing.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and provider contracts.
- Manage provider onboarding process, including credentialing and privileging.
- Collaborate with other departments to align network development goals with overall organizational objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider contracting or network development.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Board certification in psychiatry.
- Current medical license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience working with healthcare payers and managed care organizations.
