Provider Network Development

Provider Network Development is an exclusive outpatient network/contract/hybrid position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network.
• Identify and evaluate potential providers to join the network.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
• Manage the onboarding process for new providers joining the network.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new providers into the organization.

Requirements

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in psychiatry.
• At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
