Provider Network Development
Provider Network Development is an exclusive outpatient network/contract/hybrid position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the provider network.
- Identify and evaluate potential providers to join the network.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
- Manage the onboarding process for new providers joining the network.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of new providers into the organization.

Requirements
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification in psychiatry.
- At least 5 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
