About the role

Develops and manages exclusive outpatient provider networks for a healthcare organization in Danville, Pennsylvania. Works in a hybrid schedule combining remote work with occasional on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new providers to join the network
• Manage relationships with existing providers to ensure satisfaction and optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and contractual agreements
• Collaborate with other departments to align provider network goals with organizational objectives
• Develop and maintain strong communication with stakeholders including patients, providers, and management teams

Requirements

• MD/DO degree with current medical license
• Experience in provider network development and management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and contract law

Qualifications

• Excellent clinical skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
• Experience working in a healthcare setting is preferred
