Provider Network Development
Exclusive Outpatient Network / Contract / Hybrid
- Develop and manage relationships with healthcare providers to build an exclusive outpatient network
- Identify and evaluate potential provider candidates
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with selected providers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations
- Monitor and maintain the quality of care provided by contracted providers
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare provider contracting or network development
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Current medical license in good standing
- Board certification in psychiatry preferred
