About the role

Develops and manages exclusive outpatient provider networks for a hybrid arrangement combining contract and network development.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential providers to join the network
• Conduct outreach and negotiations with providers to secure contracts
• Manage provider onboarding and training processes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Monitor network performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate the network into the organization’s operations

Requirements

• MD/DO degree with current medical license
• Experience in healthcare provider network development
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in managed care organizations preferred
