Seeking licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to provide mental health care via telemedicine and in-person assessments for clients aged 14 and up with conditions such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD. The role emphasizes continuous client follow-up every 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations
- Create and collaborate on care plans
- Prescribe medications
- Complete assessments
- Adhere to clinical guidelines and standards
- Maintain documentation
- Provide both telehealth and in-person services
Requirements
- Board-certified Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority
- Minimum one year of psychiatric practice (three years preferred)
- Experience with EMR systems like AdvancedMD is a plus
- Willingness to complete in-house ADHD training and certification
