About the role
The ideal candidate will be a full-time or part-time Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who can contribute to the growth of TheraCorp's outpatient team. You will assess mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide effective medication management in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess and diagnose mental health conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management services
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Current licensure as a PMHNP in the state of practice
- Experience in psychiatric mental health nursing
- Strong clinical skills and ethical standards
- Passionate about delivering exceptional care
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) with an emphasis in psychiatric mental health
- Current certification as a PMHNP
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Strong problem-solving abilities

Schedule
Hybrid schedule available, combining both in-person and remote work options.
Pay
$150,000 DOE (Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.)
