LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering. The company employs psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the US.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients in a clinic setting
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on patient needs
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Conduct therapy sessions and provide psychological assessments
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in Minnesota as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Must hold a DEA license
- At least one year of experience as a PMHNP
Qualifications
- Experience in both medication management and therapy
- Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex cases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in electronic health record systems
- Knowledgeable in evidence-based practices for mental health
- Skilled in patient education and counseling

Pay
Compensation range $170,000 - $230,000 annually + Sign on bonus (full-time) + Full benefits
