Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner/PMHNP
About the role
LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues in an outpatient care setting, both in-person at its clinics nationwide and through its digital health telemedicine offering. The company employs psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists throughout the US.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients under the supervision of a licensed psychiatrist
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient response
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions as part of the treatment plan
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Requirements
- Must be fully licensed in Minnesota
- Must hold a valid DEA license
- Must have at least one year of experience as a PMHNP
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on psychiatric-mental health nursing
- Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in Minnesota
- Experience in both medication management and psychotherapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
- Compensation range $170,000 - $230,000 annually + Sign on bonus (full-time) + Full benefits
