About the role
LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare services focusing on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for individuals with various mental health issues. We are currently seeking experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) with at least one year of experience.
Responsibilities
- Flexible work schedules including full-time and part-time options (20 hours per week)
- No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends

- Compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings
- Compensation range: $183k - $278k (based on productivity)

Requirements
- Full license in Minnesota
- Board Certified (BC) and unencumbered DEA
- Experience in both medication management and therapy
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a PMHNP

Pay
- Compensation range: $170,000 - $230,000 annually (based on productivity)
