About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to support the growth of private practices by providing flexible, insurance-supported mental health care. In this role, you will leverage tools and resources to navigate insurance processes, streamline operations, and focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient caseloads independently, including setting schedules and work environments.
• Utilize built-in EHR tools for scheduling, messaging, documentation, and assessments.
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and industry regulations.
• Support patient access to affordable mental health services through insurance verification and care facilitation.

Requirements

• Full licensure as a psychiatric nurse practitioner with DEA/CDS, ANCC or AANP certification, NPI number, and malpractice insurance.
• Ability to manage a private practice independently, including credentialing, billing, and administrative tasks.
• Strong organizational, communication, and compliance skills.
