About the Role

Effectively manages a territory, including conducting cold calls, building and strengthening relationships with customers, and expanding the customer base. Provides or facilitates technical and educational support to customers, collaborating with other Ring Power technical and training experts to build credibility and advance customer learning about products, services, and solutions.

Assists managers in developing annual goals and objectives for the market, including specific accounts, products, and/or industries, with periodic progress reviews. Develops and submits a yearly territory forecast and plan for approval by the manager. Maintains customer accounts, establishes proper credit levels, and tracks all sales opportunities and activities in the CRM while keeping records current.

Serves as the customer's primary contact for all parts and services programs, ensuring customers are kept current on these programs. Manages fleet support, reports customer opportunities and complex issues, routes them to the proper channels, and ensures resolution. Collaborates with other Ring Power professionals, departments, and divisions on marketing, sales, service, and operations.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to comprehend written material and communicate effectively orally and in writing.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience.
  • Industry or technical experience.
  • Microsoft Office 365 Suite experience.
  • CRM experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Working Conditions

  • Workload Fluctuation: Frequent changes in priorities, complexity, or quantity of work.
  • Work Schedule: Regular business hours with occasional nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Stress Load: Occasional exposure to stress (less than 20% of the time).
  • Physical Demands:
