PSM Specialist
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. The posting includes: intro paragraph about Smithfield, "Have a seat at our table..." etc. That's like About the role? Actually "The Value You'll Bring" and description. Could treat as About the role. Then "What You'll Do" => Responsibilities. Then "What We're Seeking" => Requirements/Qualifications. Then "Other Skills That Make You Stand Out" => Skills. Then "Physical Demands & Work Environment" maybe could be part of Requirements or separate? Not a standard heading; but we could include as part of Requirements or maybe as a separate section like Working Conditions? Not in list. We can either omit or incorporate into Requirements. The instruction: Use headings only for those listed; we can create other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It implies we should use those headings for sections; we could also use other headings? Probably better to stick to those. So we need to map content to those headings.
We have About the role: introductory paragraph about Smithfield and role description (The Value You'll Bring). Could combine.
Responsibilities: "What You'll Do" bullet points (though they are paragraphs). We'll put each duty as
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It might be okay to add other headings if needed, but better to stick to those. Could we put Physical Demands & Work Environment under Requirements? It's not exactly a requirement but could be considered part of job description. Might be okay to include as a
under Requirements? But we already have a list. Could add a
after the list describing physical demands. That would be okay as part of Requirements section. Similarly, we could include "Physical Demands & Work Environment" as a paragraph under Requirements. Let's craft HTML:
