Accountabilities
- Identify, understand, and interpret all regulatory requirements set by the OSHA and EPA for compliance as it pertains to DICP ammonia refrigeration system.
- Provide leadership and oversight for DICP PSM and RMP programs.
- Monitor and track status of DICP PSM and RMP programs for compliance.
- Participate in Compliance Audits at DICP.
- Work with Corp Wells PSM Coordinator to ensure that all PSM and RMP DICP programs are updated every three years or as necessary.
- Facilitate the Management of Change (MOC) process by scheduling meetings, assigning, and monitoring for completion of work tasks.
- Facilitate the review and tracking of open recommendations and action items associated with Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Mechanical Integrity (MI) inspection, Compliance Audit, Incident Investigation, etc.
- Coordinate incident investigation team, track ammonia related incidents (including leak report), and facilitate follow-up recommendations and action items.
- Manage DICP Ammonia refrigeration system AUTO CAD files by updating the P&IDs, utilities piping drawings, and other supporting drawings, as necessary.
- Create and update the ammonia equipment valve tags as required.
- Maintain DICP Ammonia Refrigeration Process Safety Information (Chemical Hazards Information, Technology of the Process, and Process Equipment Information).
- Work with an internal and external resources to update the information, as necessary.
- Manage the Ammonia SOPs and P&IDs for review, update, and certified annually.
- Prepare onboarding training for Refrigeration Technicians along with their annual refresher courses.
- Work with DICP Refrigeration Team to ensure the initial and 3-years SOPs refresher training are conducted for Refrigeration Technicians.
- Work with DICP EHS Department to track the completion of ammonia related courses for Plant employees.
- Carry out regular PSM and RMP meetings (at least monthly) with DICP Refrigeration Technicians as part of the Employee Participation PSM Program Element.
- Work with DICP Maintenance Planner to ensure PM program is created and completed for all ammonia refrigeration equipment in the facility per IIAR-6 standard.
- Work with DICP Refrigeration team to ensure PM training are conducted for Refrigeration Technicians.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- 2 - 4 Year Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Preference for personnel with 2-5 years’ experience in a PSM related field.
