Job Summary
The Utah Olympic Park is seeking a Process Safety Management (PSM) Coordinator to ensure the industrial ammonia refrigeration system remains safe, reliable, and fully compliant.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of a PSM program
- Manage mechanical integrity inspections and documentation
- Follow up on Process Hazard Analysis actions
- Review and update operating procedures and training records
- Communicate with maintenance staff, operators, contractors, and engineers to ensure work is done safely and documented correctly
- Prepare for inspections and audits
Requirements
- Strong understanding of OSHA Process Safety Management and EPA Risk Management Program compliance
- Experience with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems and mechanical integrity programs
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders/stairs, entering mechanical spaces, lifting 50 lbs, wearing respiratory protection, working outdoors, and responding to after-hours emergencies
Qualifications
- RETA: CIRO/CARO certification (nice to have)
- IIAR familiarity/training (nice to have)
- Certified Safety Professional credentials (nice to have)
- Experience developing training programs, SOPs, or contractor safety programs (nice to have)
- Experience with EPA/OSHA inspections, audits, or Olympic/sports refrigeration facilities (nice to have)

Schedule, Pay & Benefits
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, primarily daytime hours
- Pay range starts at $27 an hour, with room to grow DOE
