PSA Compliance Manager

About the role

Work for a company dedicated to making a positive impact worldwide. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. The role involves working Tuesday-Saturday from 1pm-10pm.

Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the program and utilize authority to guide implementation of policies and procedures.
• Manage confidential information and collaborate with the Lead PSA Compliance Manager and Program Director.
• Conduct departmental training and prepare, analyze, and correct data for reports.
• Assist with developing processes and tools to monitor compliance with state and federal standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Compass Connections professional standards.
• Oversee incident reporting and ensure timely documentation for federal review.
• Implement safety protocols and conduct reviews of sexual abuse and harassment allegations.

Requirements

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug tests.
• Provide proof of work eligibility and pass a criminal background check.
• Demonstrate sensitivity and competence in working with diverse populations.
• Work collaboratively and maintain emotional control in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain computer literacy and follow all Compass Connections policies and procedures.
