PRS Computer Support Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide application and hardware desktop support for Pacific Retirement Services (PRS), affiliate or managed company computer operators.
• Provide needed technical hardware and application support to assist in meeting the corporate business goals and objectives.

How’ll You’ll Be Doing It

• Respond to service calls.
• Install and troubleshoot hardware and applications.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Aid in technology initiatives across all departments.
• Contribute to developing standard operating procedures.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Help manage IT inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the department’s needs.

About You

• Thorough knowledge of various computer hardware and software applications.
• Experience in many phases of information systems and data processing operations, including data communications experience in servicing both centralized and decentralized locations.
• Use of diagnostic software and tools.

• Two (2) years’ experience in help desk operations, computer support, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable by the designated carrier.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 7:30 - 4:30pm

Pay

$25.14 - $31.43 / hr DOE
