Provisioning Specialist

About the role

The Cabin Provisioning Specialist oversees Airport Services and maintains positive client relations. Key responsibilities include thorough aircraft interior cleaning, adherence to safety management systems, and responding to passenger needs.

Responsibilities

• Thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors, including turn and overnight aircraft
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Provision aircraft with required ship supplies by aircraft type
• Attend to passengers' needs and provide special assistance as requested
• Handle other people's property with care, especially mobility aids and luggage
• Project a positive image and respond courteously to inquiries
• Perform other duties as requested

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in Airport, Hospitality, or Customer Service roles
• Age 18 or older
• Able to lift, carry, and/or hold up to 70 lbs
• Passes pre-employment and random drug tests
