Provider Representative
Job Description
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, hospitals, schools, community organizations, and social service agencies.
Actively promote the organization's behavioral health services to increase referrals and utilization.
Conduct outreach activities such as in-person visits, presentations, and community engagement events.
Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the service area.
Track referral trends, outreach efforts, and relationship activity to support growth strategies.
Educate partners on available programs, admission criteria, and referral processes.
Represent the organization at community events, networking meetings, and professional forums.
Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, admissions, leadership) to align outreach efforts with program capacity and goals.
Support the development and distribution of marketing materials and messaging.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and referral sources in CRM or tracking systems.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategies.
Ensure all outreach activities comply with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, social work, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
