About the Role
The Provider Ops Coordinator utilizes expertise in the tolling industry to review and resolve escalated customer issues using our customer relationship management (CRM) software. This role identifies opportunities to minimize revenue loss and violations while sharing feedback with product and development teams to improve processes. The coordinator also troubleshoots complex customer issues with agencies to enhance the customer experience without adversely impacting provider relationships.
Responsibilities
- Performs and recommends actions to resolve customer issues rooted in provider data or processes.
- Provides analysis and research into customer issues requiring in-depth data investigation.
- Collaborates with Fleetworthy operations and providers to define technical requirements and provide domain expertise for issue closure and continuous process improvements.
- Works with Operations, Development, and Product teams to recommend solutions or improvements through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
- Engages with customers on an as-needed basis.
- Maintains broad knowledge about the company's services.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a toll or transportation role in a similar environment (preferred).
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and strict attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing issues and inquiries.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
