Department: Product & Engineering - Provider Relations
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Position Status: Salary Exempt
What You'll Do
- Working from prioritized queues, proactively reach out to providers who are not fully onboarded into the system.
- Provide dedicated support as the primary point of contact for providers during their initial ramp-up period, ensuring successful completion of their first DMG assignments.
- Understand providers’ common hurdles to onboard and tailor your support to overcome each.
- Collaborate on team processes and resource development to accelerate provider onboarding velocity and improve overall success rates.
- Collaborate with leadership to align onboarding workflows with company revenue goals and strategic growth targets.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding efforts and client interactions.
- Provide insights and feedback on market intelligence, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to share progress and priorities.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years’ proven experience in client relationship or sales-related roles, preferably in facility management or related industries.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, multi-task oriented.
- Proficiency in using CRM type software.
- Strong understanding of facility management services and industry best practices.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and work as part of a quota-driven team.
- Lives Divisions Basics.
- Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
