About the role
The Provider Growth & Onboarding Specialist at Kindilo is responsible for growing the Kindilo platform by connecting daycare businesses with the Kindilo solution. This role involves managing the provider journey from initial outreach through onboarding, including running product demos, guiding new providers through account setup, and building relationships.
Responsibilities
- Research and prioritize daycare-provider leads
- Reach providers through email, phone, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels
- Manage outreach and follow-up pipelines
- Run product demos and clearly communicate Kindilo’s value
- Guide new providers through account setup and website launch
- Build relationships from first contact through onboarding
- Test outreach messages, social content, offers, and acquisition strategies
- Use AI for research, content creation, organization, automation, and problem-solving
- Track conversations, provider launches, and paid conversions
- Turn successful approaches into repeatable systems and playbooks

Qualifications
