Provider Compensation Partner Sr

About the role

This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and guidance on provider compensation matters
• Monitor existing compensation programs for ongoing issues
• Deliver timely and accurate information to aid decision making
• Analyze compensation content and outcomes using appropriate tools
• Resolve escalated compensation inquiries swiftly and accurately

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required (or 4 years of related experience in lieu)
• Graduate degree preferred
• Certification in related area desirable (CCP, CBP, PHR)
• Minimum 5 years experience in Compensation, including market analysis and developing innovative solutions
• Experience in Physician and Provider Compensation is a plus

Pay

$116,272 – $167,336 annually
