About the role
This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale within a healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service and guidance on provider compensation matters
- Monitor existing compensation programs for ongoing issues
- Deliver timely and accurate information to aid decision making
- Analyze compensation content and outcomes using appropriate tools
- Resolve escalated compensation inquiries swiftly and accurately
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required (or 4 years of related experience in lieu)
- Graduate degree preferred
- Certification in related area desirable (CCP, CBP, PHR)
- Minimum 5 years experience in Compensation, including market analysis and developing innovative solutions
- Experience in Physician and Provider Compensation is a plus

$116,272 – $167,336 annually
