8+ years of compensation experience with increasing scope, including deep executive compensation expertise (Comp Committee prep, proxy/CD&A exposure, exec-level offers, LTI design)
Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, with demonstrated ability to influence without authority and deliver hard messages with clarity
Analytical and modeling fluency in Sheets/Excel
Demonstrated ability to write concise, decision-ready documents for senior executives, including problem framing, scenario tradeoffs, and clear recommendations that land without additional context
Experience operating on small, high-output teams where you owned end-to-end workstreams with minimal direction in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
