Compensation Business Partner
About the role
Join the Employee Experience team as a Compensation Business Partner, reporting to Adobe’s Director of Compensation. The role will support the Creativity & Productivity organization within Adobe.
Responsibilities
- Provide compensation support to HR Business partners and managers in the Creativity & Productivity organization to solve compensation-related business challenges.
- Offer expertise to key collaborators including Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Rewards operations.
- You will play a key role throughout the year in supporting compensation programs for your client group and during the annual Rewards Planning process.
- Provide input to compensation program owners to improve compensation programs and ensure programs meet business needs.
- Respond to Talent Acquisition offer inquiries as needed.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Compensation, specifically supporting both Sales & Technical talent.
- Effective presenter capable of delivering data-driven insights clearly to different levels of management.
- Self-motivated to build the best final product/outcome for the business.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and consulting skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative great teammate.
- Compensation experience in Tech.
- Values and demonstrates attention-to-detail.
- Experience with Workday, Excel, & Powerpoint.
- Excellent written skills.
- Ability to manage entire projects from start to finish (e.g., Job Architecture reviews).
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to engage and influence collaborators.
- Interest in analyzing data, with capacity to influence decision-making.
- Experience using Radford surveys, job matching, and pay range development.

Pay
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $102,800 -- $214,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
