About the role
This role will own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead compensation strategy and execution for base pay, incentives, and equity programs
- Design and improve compensation programs aligned with business goals and market data
- Advise senior leaders on job leveling, promotions, and compensation adjustments
- Serve as the SME for equity programs, ensuring effective administration and communication
- Resolve complex compensation issues with equitable recommendations and proper documentation
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights for leadership compensation decisions
- Drive pay equity, compliance, and proactive risk mitigation across departments
Qualifications
- 8-11 years in compensation or Total Rewards, preferably in a SaaS/high-growth environment
- Deep expertise in compensation strategy, benchmarking, and program design
- Experience supporting global compensation, specifically in the U.S. and India
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills for translating complex data into recommendations
- Proven ability to manage and scale compensation processes and tools effectively

Pay
$109,312 – $160,325 annually
