PROS Employment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support clients in job search, skill development, and career planning
• Conduct community job development and employer outreach
• Facilitate small employment-focused groups
• Collaborate with treatment teams and employers to ensure success
• Maintain accurate data and reports

Requirements

• Experience with individuals with mental illness preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working independently and in the community
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle required
• Associate’s degree in mental health, social services, or business preferred

M-F 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (40hrs)
