We are seeking a versatile and experienced Marketing & Proposal Specialist to join Braun Intertec Corporation at our office in Bloomington, MN. This multifaceted role combines leadership in proposal coordination and specialized expertise in proposal development combined with marketing responsibilities to ensure cohesive strategies to support our business growth. Your adeptness in proposal management, proposal creation, and marketing acumen will be instrumental in driving our firm's success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the end-to-end proposal development process, collaborating closely with technical teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
• Manage the coordination of information gathering and content creation, ensuring the timely submission of high-quality and winning proposals.
• Lead other proposal coordinators in creation of large-scale strategic pursuits, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the proposal development process.
• Manage and delegate tasks for timely delivery of high-quality proposals.
• Work to continuously improve proposal development processes, tools, and templates to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve proposal submissions.
• Collaborate with technical teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop win strategies, strategic alignment with client requirements and competitive positioning.
• Use expertise to contribute significantly to the creation, development and organization of compelling persuasive proposal content.
• Craft tailored and technically sound narratives that align with client requirements and competitive positioning.
• Review and edit proposal content for accuracy, consistency, compliance with guidelines, and alignment with brand standards.
• Maintain proposal documents, track proposal progress, and generate reports on proposal activity, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate the final formatting and presentation of proposal documents for submission.
• Coordinate and create presentations for shortlist interviews.
