Responsibilities
- Updating and enhancing the company’s documentation to support bid submissions (references, profiles of key professionals involved in projects).
- Gathering and organizing contributions from various business units and external partners.
- Collecting, organizing, and verifying technical documentation necessary for bid preparation.
- Supporting the drafting, formatting, and reviewing of bid contents.
- Maintaining communication with architects, department heads, and both domestic and international partners.
- Monitoring the progress of tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Architecture/Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields (other study paths will be considered favorably).
- Experience, even brief, in managing technical bids, tenders, or complex projects.
- Excellent organizational and concurrent task management skills.
- Precision, attention to detail, and ability to work within deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Preferred qualifications: proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Cloud), knowledge of architectural, engineering, or construction sectors, familiarity with service architecture and engineering bidding procedures, sensitivity to visual communication and technical content visualization.
