Proposal Material Program Manager Analyst

About the role

Raytheon’s Global Supply Chain Management (GSCM) team plays a crucial role in solving complex supply chain challenges that enhance safety and security. This team is responsible for developing and executing supply chain strategies across various stages of projects—from suppliers to customers—and ensuring sustainability and workplace excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting program proposal kickoffs and strategy development
  • Balancing strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs
  • Generating and/or collecting necessary documentation for successful proposals, including sole source justifications, DD254 facilitation, EX/IM planning, and entrance criteria for RFPs
  • Developing and executing supply chain proposal strategies in support of all program gate reviews and risk and opportunity management reviews
  • Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
  • Ensuring proposal compliance with DFAR/FAR and TINA guidelines

Qualifications

  • Typically Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working on proposals
  • Ability to work on programs requiring special program access
  • Experience assisting with budget management
  • Experience managing large databases
  • Experience working on proposal activities
  • Experience working with suppliers
  • Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
  • Experience using supply chain planning tools (i.e. SAP, Kinaxis, etc.)
  • Commitment to earning Material Program Management certification within 1 year

Pay and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $68,900 - $131,100 USD. Specific benefits are dependent on the specific business unit and whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
