Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Program Leaders and Project Managers to assist with budgets, statements of work, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ensures the team meets the requirements outlined in these agreements.
- Establishes and follows product development processes.
- Follows up with program team members to track progress towards milestones and monitor work item progress.
- Creates and manages status reports, program dashboards, meeting minutes, and action items.
- Affixes and follows up on meeting actions.
- Initiates contact with internal and external contractors and service providers as necessary.
- Develops and maintains information management practices to ensure all program documents and communications are properly stored and accessed.
- Utilizes SharePoint and Teams sites to ensure all program documentation is received and stored according to established information management practices.
- Facilitates effective and clear communications between program teams regarding project-specific issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- At least 4 years of experience in R&D project coordination
- Good understanding of research and development practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Teams, and Sharepoint
- Credible writing, reporting, and communication skills
- Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to the changing demands of the organization
