Proposal/Marketing Coordinator 3

Duties, Responsibilities & Other

• Demonstrate a firm understanding of the proposal/procurement process, ideally from prior AEC industry experience.
• Lead various pursuit teams in developing proposals and presentations that position KCI to win projects across our many service lines.
• Prepare presentations and coach technical teams in preparation for client interviews.
• Track future project leads and update information regularly in the CRM database.
• Enter and update personnel and project information in the CRM database to maintain accurate records.
• Work with technical project managers and marketing content/support team to develop comprehensive materials highlighting KCI’s staff and capabilities.
• Conduct background research and gather/tailor supporting materials.
• Provide quality control (QC) review of marketing peer proposals.
• Print, assemble, and ship proposals and/or prepare electronic submission files as needed.
• Cook up with teaming partners and respond to external requests for proposal information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience leading proposals is required for this position.

Skills

• Firm understanding of the proposal/procurement process.
• Experience working within architecture, engineering, construction, environmental or similar industry.
• Experience with a CRM database; Microsoft Dynamics, Unanet (Cosential), or Deltek Vision (preferred).
• Experience with Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with additional programs, including Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (preferred).
• Experience with SF 330 / Architect-Engineer Qualifications process (experience preferred).
