Proposal Manager
We are seeking a Proposal Lead for a 16-week maternity leave coverage role supporting the Business Development Services (BDS) team. This fully remote, highly autonomous position leads the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process for prospective employer clients evaluating healthcare service offerings such as onsite, near-site, virtual care, behavioral health, and physical therapy.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process for healthcare-related proposals.
- Manage proposal development using platforms such as Loopio, Responsive (RFPIO), or Qvidian.
- Quickly integrate into the team with minimal training.
Requirements
- Prior experience managing healthcare-related proposals.
- Proficiency with proposal management platforms (Loopio, Responsive/RFPIO, or Qvidian).
- Bachelor’s degree in Proposal Writing, Professional Writing, Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Pay
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00 per hour. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
