About the role
The Proposal Specialist plays a critical role in accelerating the sales cycle for Dynatrace, a global leader in Software Intelligence. This is a fully remote position for candidates located within the Eastern or Central Time Zones in the U.S., with a hybrid option available for those near Dynatrace's headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Lead the proposal process and coordinate multiple customer responses (RFPs, RFIs, and security/vendor questionnaires) simultaneously.
- Collaborate with Sales to understand goals, facilitate Go/No-Go and strategy meetings, and develop proposal plans.
- Lead internal coordination, assign tasks, and ensure customer deadlines are met.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders using strong project management and communication skills.
- Review responses for completeness, accuracy, grammar, punctuation, and professionalism.
- Manage proposal activities within Responsive (proposal management system).
- Continuously improve processes and contribute to the proposal content library.
- Support additional proposal-related projects as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of proposal or sales support experience, ideally within a high-tech or SaaS organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong project management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written, editing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset with strong ownership and adaptability.
