Proposal Lead - Government Business Solutions

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with product development teams focused on quantum computing
• Identify funding opportunities and develop business cases for project pursuits
• Lead proposal development for government funding calls
• Project manage responses to develop compelling proposals
• Cross-functional teams for budgeting and resource allocation
• Monitor federal spending trends and competitor activities
• Engage with government program managers in relevant areas

Qualifications

• 3+ years in federal proposal development
• Educational background in physics, engineering, materials science, or a similar field, with quantum computing experience preferred
• Proven track record of writing successful research proposals for US government funding
• Experience with technical writing and presentation, preferably in government contexts
