Proposal Coordinator

This HYBRID role requires 3 days of onsite work per week in Saint Paul, and will continue (40 hours per week) in an ongoing capacity with the potential to convert to a full-time, salaried position with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating proposals, RFPs, LOIs, and client decks end-to-end
• Organizing content across teams
• Maintaining proposal libraries
• Leverage AI and content management tools to improve efficiency

Requirements

• 2+ years of proposal coordination experience
• Hands-on writing skills
• RFP, LOI, LLI client deck experience
• Experience maintaining proposal libraries
